WHAT IS THE PRE-ORDER?

When a limited edition product is announced, we begin offering our customers the ability to pre-order and purchase the product before it is available for sale. In this way the product is reserved and you have the security of having it after it has been made available for purchase. Naturally, our staff will provide you with an estimated date for the availability of the product you have chosen for pre-ordering.

WHY PRE-ORDER A PRODUCT?

The pre-order allows you to reserve a product simply and without inconvenience. Guarantees you to receive the limited edition or hard to find product. It also means you don't have to wait for product launch day or wait even longer because the product you want isn't available.

The many advantages of pre-orders are:

  • lack of investment (and risk) of the purchase of stocks of which there is no certainty of sale.
  • acquiring pre-orders before starting the sale of the items allows you to have the guarantee of not having unsold and/or expiring inventories.
  • Validate product ideas: If online lead generation advertising generates interest and appreciation, invest in more generous stock purchases.
Thanks to the pre-order, the product will be conveniently shipped to the address indicated as soon as it is available.

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE CHARGED WITH THE PRE-ORDER?

The pre-order amount is charged immediately when you place your pre-order. The amount will be debited from your wallet as soon as you complete the payment process.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDER?

The maximum terms of pre-orders can go up to 90 working days for the most difficult to find products.
CandyShop.ai guarantees a shorter duration for products that are easier to find, which can vary from 2 to 10 working days.
Your order will be shipped in accordance with our shipping policies and as soon as the actual sale begins. If the order is reserved, we will send it to you as soon as we receive the additional stock.

CAN I PURCHASE PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS WITH OTHER ITEMS IN A SINGLE ORDER?

Of course, but if you wish to receive products that are already available and without pre-order as soon as possible we recommend that you place separate orders. However, ordering available products together with pre-ordered products may delay the shipment of the entire order.

In this case, our staff will get in touch with you to establish the shipping times for products already in stock and those arriving with pre-orders.

CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?

It is not possible to cancel and/or cancel a pre-order. Pre-orders will be canceled and/or canceled by CandyShop.Ai if the maximum delivery terms are exceeded or if the minimum storage terms do not exceed 60 days.

In these cases, CandyShop.Ai makes a full and/or partial refund of the pre-orders on the same payment method used to place the orders and/or pre-orders.

CandyShop.Ai can accept, cancel and/or modify orders without notice.

Any change concerning an order or pre-order will be notified to you via email to the address used during registration.

CAN I CHANGE A PRE-ORDER?

Unfortunately pre-orders cannot be changed after payment. If you have the absolute urgency to modify your pre-order, we advise you to contact our Customer Service directly or place a new pre-order with the product to be added.

HOW MANY PRE-ORDERS CAN I MAKE?

There are no pre-order limits you can place. All your pre-orders will be active and in progress. You can also place several pre-orders on several days.

Once some and/or all of your pre-orders are available, our staff will get in touch with you to choose which products to ship and how to ship them. This process is used to reduce shipping costs by perhaps choosing to ship all your pre-orders together or separately.
